Janina Florist delivers locally, interstate and Internationally via Interflora.

Normal delivery hours are between 9am and 6pm Monday to Saturday. Please specify if you are sending to a business address or a destination which has specific closing times. Orders will be delivered the same day to all destinations if the order is received before 10am on that day. Only local orders (within a 7km radius) will be delivered on the same day if the order is placed after 11am. Sunday deliveries are only done in the immediate local area (5km radius).

We provide free deliveries within the Prince of Wales Hospital Complex. This includes the Prince of Wales Public and Private hospitals, The Children’s Hospital, and Royal Hospital for Women.

On public Holidays and special occasion days such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas, the delivery times and conditions may vary. Please speak to our staff for further details.

If the recipient is not at home at the time of the delivery, the gift will be left in a spot deemed safe by the courier such as close to the front door, behind a porch/fence out of the view of the street. If this is not possible a business card will be left in the letterbox notifying that the delivery has either been left with a next door neighbour or to call us and arrange for a suitable re-delivery time of the gift at an additional charge.

If the delivery address you have supplied is incorrect and the flowers/gift have to be re-delivered an additional charge will apply.
